St Alban is the patron saint of our school. This icon was commissioned for the 80th anniversary of the laying of the foundation stone of the school. It hangs in St Alban's Room which is our prayer room.
It was painted by Leon Liddament, an iconographer based in Walsingham, Norfolk. It was blessed by Bishop Kevin Dunn, Bishop of Hexham and Newscastle, at the Mass to celebrate the 80th anniversary in April 2007.
